Good Afternoon Everyone:

I have a quick question; I have about 10 Lionel Postwar F3's in my collection and some of them don't have number boards with numbers in the appropriate slotted areas, instead they have the clear plastic lenses in the slots.  Is there a website that I can purchase number boards for Postwar F3's or is there a way to make number boards ??  Or better yet, is there anyone out there that has a solution for this type of situation ?

As mentioned, someone was making them and it included number boards for the MPC units which came with the blank ones. If you have access to any Champ diesel engine decal set you can make your own up using the number jumble and applying them directly to your flat ones. Have done a lot that way as well, and the white numerals will pass light thru.

The three F3's you listed are all Modern era pieces, not Postwar.
As BobbyD  wrote, the outfit making reproductions for Postwar locos also made them for the MPC locos that came with blank boards.
Below is a sample from Train Tender:
You'd have to contact Jeff (at Train Tender) and ask whether they have numbers, and whether they need to be painted.
