Going to modify my 624 couplers for teledyne operation.
Using some strapping for the mounting bracket for the relay. The plastic insulators are to insulate the relay body from the frame.
Used a thick paint stick CA’d to the frame for the bracket mounting.

Had to lower the mounting block because there was not enough clearance for the relay under the bonnet.
Finished bending the mounting bracket.

Soldered two leads to the main power lug of the e unit.
These are the two wires for the couplers, cut them to length and tinned the ends.
Relay installed, and power lead from e unit attached to relay mounting screw.
Relay ground lead installed between truck mount bracket and frame with eyelet lug. Ensured all ground points were cleaned with a scotch brite pad.
Other e unit power lead soldered to middle lug. Both coupler leads soldered to right side lug. This was it for the heavy lifting. It is very tight inside, so keep the relay as low as possible without interfering with the truck wheels below this area. I zip tied a few wires together and took her out for a spin around the tree 
A short video of the couplers uncoupling using the horn button. Total cost was $24.00 for the relay on eBay.
Nice step by step instructions. I did this to my 623 back in the 70's, still is my favorite switcher. One can pick up one of these engines for pretty cheap and with this mod you can have a lot of fun with it.
