Chooch Enterprises has some really nice inj.mold. freight car details such as ladders and door hardware: https://www.choochenterprises.com/ They also make sheets of brick walling, stone walling, road paving, freight car loads & more - well worth a look
Tichy Train Group has a large range of injection moulded styrene windows and doors, nut-bolt-washer and rivet details, plus a few freight car parts and a huge range of decals. I have not tried their decals so I cannot say how good they may be. I find their .pdf catalogues are a bit easier to navigate than their website: https://www.tichytraingroup.com/Catalogs.aspx.
I have had good service from all three, and I think their prices are quite reasonable. They don't sting you with huge shipping charges either - very important to me, living where I do!
