I got one too. Either they were hacked or an automated process has a bog bug.

I don't know what happened because we use the same email template each month. The raw data from Simple Circ looked OK, too.

I received a similar e-mail.  The number of remaining issues in my note matches my account number.  If that helps with the detective work.
