Depends on how well it was stored. If the track has a lot of rust it is not worth even selling. Switches might be worth saving but again it depends on how well it looks.
When you have rust the ability to carry electrical power is very low. You will need to check the underside of the tracks as well, because sometimes rust comes up from the bottom or underside of the tracks.
You said it is Old Old Old. If it has Black ties it is worth a little more. This would date it pre 1960. Then came grey tie for only a couple of years. Until the modern Brown tie.
This makes the Black tie track very desirable to the guy wanting to make a vintage 50s layout or before.
Put it on eBay starting at a penny a piece. Use a little puffery - "layout in a box" eg., and watch the bids roll in(just don't under estimate the shipping). For some reason, ordinary tinplate track goes for ridiculous prices at auction.
