With all the problems I have heard about them on this forum, I'm surprised that they are still in business.

If I remember correctly, they were affected by Hurricane Sandy, something had happened to their server. Frankly any of these companies that provide us parts and part diagrams for our antiques are unique and special, they wont be around forever and I doubt any of them are getting rich off this business. I'll still spend money with them even it the service is a little slow.

How did hurricane sandy affect Olsens, they are in Ohio.
