The recommended Voltage to power these is 12 - 14 Volts AC. Connections will depend on which one you have.

If you are wanting to know what wire gauge to use for the 2 power connections, that will depend on which one of these you have and the length of the wire runs. Providing the make and model number of your diner would help answer this question.
