That was excellent! Yes, I saw your bridge. My wife Kim, and I took a trip down the Ohio River from Wheeling to Parkersburg in early August. We rode the stern-wheeler at Marietta. We enjoyed the trip a lot, and want to go back.
I was trying to think of a different song that would be more fitting for life on the river than Blue Bayou, but that was good. One of the best Linda Ronstadt songs in my opinion. Thank you for the link!!
AS a salesman I spent much time working from Weirton all the way to Parkersburg and Maietta. Good people, I enjoyed it very much, I did some rail photography but not enough. They have had tough times, I wish them the best. I had two grandparents come from that area.
I work about a mile from these bridges, I cross them daily, twice. A lot of the footage was shot from Williams Country Club.
