I bought the Erector 100 year sign from Miller Engineering and had a problem with it lighting. I E-mailed Chris Miller and he graciously apologized for the problem and said he would send a replacement right out and I'll send back the bad one. Not only does Miller make an outstanding product but the customer service is equally outstanding!
