The Crown Jewel: Brady's Train Outlet Custom Run Lionel 2431950 Legacy Central New Jersey Blue Comet 4-6-0 #168 with 6 Woodside Passenger Cars O Scale
What a stunning consist! This iconic rendering of the famous Blue Comet features woodside passenger cars. Woodside cars were phased out from interchange passenger rail service around the 1910s, when they were replaced by steel-sided cars which offered improved safety for passengers. The Blue Comet's first run was in 1929, and it featured Madison-style passenger cars. Our "what if" consist harkens back to the golden age of steam locomotives, with beautiful vintage woodside passenger cars and a powerful 4-6-0 engine. This set is a great value with highly detailed cars and Legacy features on the locomotive. The colors are absolutely stunning! You just have to see it for yourself.

The Underdog: Brady's Train Outlet Custom Run Lionel 2431980 Norfolk & Western N&W LEGACY H7 2-8-8-2 #2402 O scale
What if Norfolk and Western had adopted this style of locomotive? We'd like to think that they'd add striking red highlights to make it their own!
This engine really looks stunning in person! The red and yellow contrast with the black to add a pop of color to your layout.
We expect that this "underdog" engine will be very popular once people see it in person!

The Special Run: Brady's Train Outlet Custom Run Lionel 2433850 CSX Chessie Heritage LEGACY SD45 #8908
This is an exclusive custom run CSX engine featuring the design of the "new" unofficial Chessie Heritage Unit.
This engine was CSX GP40-2 #6914 and it was vandalized in August 2023 by railfans who wanted to see the iconic logo on the nose of a locomotive.
Our custom run is a SD-45 (hence the different road number), honoring this graffitied design!
This engine also pays homage to the owner, John Brady's, favorite pet, a Siamese cat with cross-eyed blue eyes named Fred. Fred passed away unexpectedly two years ago, and this engine honors Fred's memory!

The Crowd Pleaser: Brady's Train Outlet Custom Run Lionel 2426950 Turner Dairy Milk Car #15235 2 sided O scale
Turner Dairy is a Pittsburgh area icon! We partnered with Turner's to bring you this two-sided milk car featuring authentic Turner's advertisements and their original Divco milk truck!
One side has the Turner Dairy cow and the "Local PA-- Award Winning Since 1930" symbol. We asked-- the cow doesn't have a name yet!
The other side has the classic Divco truck (illustrated beautifully by Lionel's art department) and the Turner's T. The restored Divco truck is parked outside of Turner's offices in Penn Hills! Underneath the Divco is printed a vintage Turner Dairy slogan-- "Turn to the Turner family of dairy products for freshness, quality, service."
