Hello Everyone!

I need someone to fabricate a "DOOR" for my Railchief Baggage Car.It seems from my post earlier in the week that these cars are pretty scarce in O gauge,as most of the production was done in HO.

These cars do not have parts available for sale(that I know of),and who would want to sell a door off of their Baggage Car?If you do happen to have a door for this that you want to sell,let me know.But it is much more likely I will have to have one made.

I have 1 of the doors,(praise the Lord!!)to serve as a template for anybody that has the time,tools and materials necessary to duplicate this part for me.It is stationary when installed,if that makes things any easier.

I know somebody out there has the skill to do this,and I am willing to pay you for your time and expertise.This is not the hardest job in the world either,I sincerely hope you can help me keep this car on the rails,as it appears to be part of 1949-1955 postwar train history.

I can easily cut a flat door out of plastic, you could then paint it to look like the original. If that works for you, let me know.
