Does anybody know the part number for MTH Smoke Unit Wicks so I can order them online instead of waiting for Midge to return my call.

Are wicks still advisable?
BTW, I have tried to order from MTH online and had no luck at all. Something doesn't work about their website..actually a lot doesn't work and they seem to have no interest in fixing it.

There website sucks. Horrible, for ordering parts. In the stone age. They need to hire a website designer who can put an updated parts list for common parts and costs and add a cart system similar to Amazon and other major internet retailers. The other alternative is the phone and that takes time.
Has anyone asked the boss there why he allows this to persist? Like at York or somewhere?
