Hello All,
I have several NYC passenger cars that have had their passenger inserts fall away from the inside of the cars. At the moment, the clients are enjoying the free flowing air coming in the open windows.
I know that Robert Grossman sells replacements. However, I am unsure as to how to install these.
It seems that the only way to do this is to pry open the roof tabs (which I know are notorious for breaking). Access to these is through the open windows. Once this is done, what type of adhesive would anyone suggest using to hold these in place? And how does one re-secure (or do you?) the roof tabs once the windows are blocked? Or is there some other method?
