PC control of DCS via WIU Wifi

What a promising idea!   If DCS can be interfaced using the JMRI system, this may open the door to all sorts of great ideas.   For an example of the possibilities, Google "Geoff Bunza steam throttle" for a potential handheld throttle.

Right now I'm stuck with an ongoing home move so I had to packup my test track and environment for now, I suspect when I move and am able to set it back up in October I'll be (hopefully) testing this against the new WTIU

unfortunately I'm not sure, while i believe that proto throttle works with JMRI I guess time will tell once I start the integration whether it would be compatible.

My complete assumption is that it should be from a running standpoint, with the MTH stuff the tricky stuff is around detection and assignment of the ID, that might not work via the proto throttle.

Lashups are also another complicated issue as I'd have to read how lashups are done today in JMRI and see if the same methods work for DCS
