Pictures from Train-A-Palooza#9

We were off to a great start and had a great crowd, looked like there was a lot of wheeling and dealing going on through out the day.  Hopefully today will be as successful as yesterday or even better.  If you're in the area of Grapevine, TX or the Dallas, Ft. Worth area, make an effort to come to the train show and also mosey on over to the Baggage Car and come visit the layout.
I was very happy to finally get to meet Rob Leese of our club, we have talked back and forth on occasion and Rob was the one who encouraged me to look up the Lone Star High Railers Club and join them when I moved up to the DFW area.  Thanks Rob and it was really a pleasure to finally get to meet you in person.

Thanks David for starting this post and posting some really great pics of all the fun that was going on.  Time to pack and get ready to head to the Baggage Car for first trick today.

Looks like a fine time to me!!! Too bad I am so far away, dreary NE Ohio better days coming soon.

I was there yesterday.  Nice show and picked up the walthers feed mill kit (now Atlas O).   After the show visited the baggage car layout - always a treat and one of the members was running his Lionel PRR K4 and J1.  A great experience all around.

It was pleasing to see the large number of young children who walked through the showrooms gasping in awe and wonder at all the trains they saw!
