My new car Railking 30-76608 arrived today and got damaged while unpacking it. One of the chains' elastic snapped as I was removing a crate to take off the plastic bag and several of the flimsy "stanchions" that the chains go into managed to work themselves out of the holes in the car's floor as well (see picture 1). I ended up having to jerry-rig the chains (See picture 2) since I couldn't figure out how to get the flimsy metal clips back into the holes. Does anyone have suggestions for other chains I might be able to install? Thanks.

My dear wife was able to "fix" some of the problems-better than my jerry-rig. Still need to get a few more of the cotter pin-like thingies and 2 chains.
