I’m looking for a list of postwar 200 series ALCO cab part numbers. My Greenberg’s Repair Manual says to consult the first page of a price list for a complete listing of cab numbers. That’s of no use since I don’t have the price list.

This is an excerpt... extrapolating from this the part number would give xxx-51 for any of the Alcos.

It's the one that was Xeroxed by hand by Bruce & Linda back in the early 1970's.

I went back to the book(1974), there's about 30 pages in the 200 section, but this page 2 excerpt and your page 1 isn't in it, I have that one full page image in an image folder on the family room computer so I must have saved it because it's different from what I had already. I'll save your page 1 too, it's not in the Greenberg book. I'll have to dig out the three hole punch and put these in the binder.
I have the same Greenberg edition as Bob. I also have the K-Line version from 2000 (11th printing). The Alco section is the same as my Greeneberg, with the exception of these two pages.

I also have the K-line book, we’ll what’s left of it after my dog decided it would make a good chew toy. Good thing I love my dogs….
I took the shells off of four different 200 series ALCO’s and much to my surprise none of them have part numbers inside the shell the way my GP’s and 2000 series ALCO’s do.
