Recently purchased a postwar version (not received yet)
It seems to have all the parts except this special track section. Understand it is used to correct the track geometry in certain 027 configurations. Question is how long is it so one can be made?

It is part number 313-83. It should be 2.25" long. It is inserted on the side of the layout opposite the bridge.
Since 0-27 straights are nominally 8.875" (8+7/8) and the bascule bridge replaces two 0 sections (20") at 10" each, the math works out: 2(8.875")+2.25"=20"
