Good morning. I have started deconstructing my Layout due to my landlord refusing to take care of my leaky basement. So I have a postwar Lionel Lehigh Valley 44 tonner a US Army switcher and a Set of Southern ABA postwar sets and humorous cars.  But also looking for Info for storing my MTH Proto sound 2.0 and Rail king turbine an RS 3 and my premiere line rolling stock. All tips are welcome please help.

if it was me, i'd lube the usual stuff, wrap them up with an extra layer of plastic, put them back in their boxes and stick them in a cabinet upstairs if the basement's flooding. just to be sure, you can get de-humidifiers that folks put in their rifle cabinets to keep the wood stocks from warping for around $40 from an outdoors supply store.
