Pride Lines Original Production Pieces, Factory Samples, or Repaints?

Looks like the observation car that was part of the set that Pride Lines made originally to go with Lionel"s 700E Scale Hudson.

The silver roof says it was used for a different set. Need to check on my references to be of some real help here, but it is a start on a  Saturday morning :-)

Can anyone help with this one (see attached photos). I have seen the Pride Lines Illinois Central Green Diamond in O gauge, and I have seen the Pride Lines Union Pacific M10000 in O gauge, but I have never seen an Illinois Central M10000. Is this a factory produced model? Or did someone just get creative with their paint kit?

The Illinois set was probably a variation that Pride made, they painted these in several schemes.Very nicely finished, probably factory from Pride.

A lot of Pride 'odds and sodds' hit the market after the company went out, a lot of inventory in various states of completion went at the auction, so likely these were for some special markings, but never completed.
