[RESOLVED] Problem Ordering Menards Item

Anyone else having problems ordering through the Menards website?
I've twice now attempted to order the "O Gauge Track Inspection Set" (279-6970) and haven't been successful.
First order: Never got an e-mail confirmation. The charge never appeared on my bank account - even after 7 days.
Second order: Successfully ordered - I think. Got an e-mail confirmation, but again my bank account never got charged.
Can't go to a store as the nearest one is over 600 miles away!

UPDATE:

Called the Wiliston store today. Ethan was very helpful. He got the product and it is shipping on Thursday.

He did say they are having problems with their ordering system and the online system. For some unknown reason online orders are not being sent to their store.

As previous message, I've already sent 2 e-mails to customer service (presuming Ray), but they have never answered.
