My Z4000 has stopped working for some reason. At first one of my tracks was getting no power from the left throttle. The right one worked but as of today they both stopped. The red Overload light blinks on startup, then stays off. Track 1 puts out no power at all. When I put both throttles down then up the voltage stays at around 2 volts and wont go above that. The circuit breakers on the back seemed to be locked and won't move. The unit is around 20 years old. I'm not tech savy so any help would be appreciated.
