Are there any standard gauge PS2 or PS3 engines that sound like the N&W 611? Saw 611 running today and would love to find a sound file with that whistle for my 392e!

You may want ask Barry over on the DCS forum. I don't think that PS-2/3 is gauge specific. MTH is recording the 611 for a new sound file for the upcoming Premier 611 J. It is supposed to be released later this year. I would guess that you could download to any PS2 or PS3 equipped locomotive.
Thanks, I will ask on the DCS forum. The reason I mentioned standard gauge is because that would assure the proper scale speed which might make a difference with a lashup.
You won't find a perfect file for what you want. MTH has a nice Railking J File that will work, you will probably have to use 4 chuffs to get two on standard gauge. Good whistle. The speed won't be accurate as to the display on the DCS remote however.
