HI Everyone; My 20-20525-1 FEC SD 70, PSd 3.0, only responds with clang, clang, clang, with no crew talk. Any suggestions?

Are you pressing the direction button when it does this to bring it to a stop?
This is after start up but not moving yet.

To initiate PSA sounds, you must first press PSA and then, after the bell starts ringing, press DIR. This can be done either while moving or stationary.

If the solution is not what Barry suggested and you are using DCS, go into the menu volume settings and make sure the ACCENT sound volume is not set to "0". I've had a couple of MTH PS2/3 engines, that for some unknown reason, the secondary sound feature volumes forget their settings once you press and turn off the engine sounds and later turn engine sounds back "on". The engine not maintaining these sound settings can be annoying.
