I have MTH engines on order from Public Delivery Track that have arrived at PDT. They haven't been shipped because the owner, Beth, is facing a difficult life situation due to severe illness of a spouse. She has asked everyone to be patient. She will contact you for billing and ship your items out as soon as she can. I have an engine that arrived at PDT several weeks ago. Beth expects to bill and ship it in early April. I have done business with PDT for years and it has always been a satisfactory experience. Beth's situation deserves sympathy and understanding.

Maybe the only dealer I've EVER seen be so forthright with what's going on that's impacting them. Many thanks to Beth for being open, and for putting really a running update dialog right on their site so people know the status of their orders.

Top shelf vendor. How about we send prayers to Beth and her spouse instead of complaining. I have a preorder pending and I'm willing to wait until she gets things sorted out.

Sometimes business has to take a back seat to life. I was a sole proprietor contractor for several years and I understand the stress she must be going through.

Legitimate question and I didn't read it as a complaint. Likely JPS just didn't know the story and just as likely his sentiments are the same as others now that he knows. Website says they are working toward getting caught up so this along with improved health is good news.

I’ve had good experiences with Beth. Prayers for her and her spouse.

I have bought a lot from Beth and had no problems.  While its hard to be patient after waiting a long time, just wait a bit longer as I am sure she will get back to business as soon as she can.

When my local stores left me I went with PDT as they carry two rail as well and are vocally supportive of the two rail community. I've always had a great experience. Beth and Rachel are both in my prayers.

I've alway loved PDT!  I first became acquainted with them when they were at the Great Scale Model Train Show in Timonium, Md.   I bought rail cars, buildings and an engine  from them back then.  I always enjoyed talking with Beth!  When they stopped coming to the GSMTS, I would usually purchase from them at York.  On occasion I've bought from PDT on line.  I've always had a first rate experience with PDT!!   I'm keeping Rachel and Beth in my thoughts and prayers.  I hope Rachel's recovery is speedy and full!  

I am with all of you. Beth operates a terrific online shop.  She listens to our comments, loves the hobby and our forum. My prayers will also be with her and Rachel.
