Picked up the above this past weekend. The figures don't move at all. Got into it, all the parts are there and the vibrating motor is working but the two spools won't turn. I did get them to move slightly by hand but only a half inch or so. Any ideas on how to get this working again? Thanks in advance

The spool on the side without the motor should spin free without the belt. The powered spool should not be turned by hand, as the string can come off the pulley easily. It should spin when power is on and no belt. Mayne the powered spool shaft is frozen in place from old grease?

I got into it tonite and find the power spool will spin without the belt on. When I put it back on it will not move. any ideas?
