Question about sound boards

Hi, I own the conventional Lionel Polar Express train sounds tender, and was curious, is it possible to add the sound of the Polar Express whistle from the movie to a sound board I could install into the tender? Thank you for the replies ahead of time.

This company will customize a sound module with any sound file. The board can be installed in the tender, and possibly triggered with the circuit board Lionel uses to trigger their air whistle. See their instructions for DCC operation.
