Railking theater dimensions

I am looking for the dimensions for the Railking Majestic theater #30-90490. The catalog says 16-3/4 x 13-9/16 x 9-1/16. The MTH website says 16-1/2 x 18-3/4 x 9-1/2. If anyone has this can you please tell me the actual dimensions? I don't need height, just length and width. Thanks.
