Harry,

Now that I have a Legacy controller, Yes, I would be interested in buying one.  I agree with you that the station sounds are fun!  I have thought of buying an RDC sometime for my small mountain layout that is in the late planning stage, and ready to build soon.  I'm a Western Maryland and B&O fan, but I would not be against buying one of another road name.

But it wouldn't hurt to have an 18" or scale 72 ft RDC! We do have passenger cars in O guage in that length.

I agree!  They would be great!

In response to Harry's original question, I just wanted to let him know I wouldn't buy one that long.  I wish I had the space to run 72' cars.

Call me a flip flopper, that's okay!    Because of some discussions on a couple other topics, I have decided to upgrade the ROW on the Ceiling Central RR.  The upgrade will introduce 072 curves, so I could run a few longer pieces including an RDC .  My preferences would be Baltimore and Ohio or Western Maryland, but I am open to other Eastern road names if there isn't much interest in B&O and WM.  It doesn't matter to me if it is Lionel or MTH
