realtrax issues contacts on connections

Hey guys. Those of you that have realtrax, you know the issues with deadspots and connection point issues. Sometimes I think the prongs touch fine. But then, you tap the track and its off and on. Could it be the welded spots? Or just the contacts between tracks just not touching? Thanks chris

Tune up the tabs b/4 assembly with needle nose pliers. Check for adequate contact in an inverted position.
