New to OGR Forum. Received seven brand new RealTrax switches and found three (3) of the O-72 with multiple striped screws on terminal for hook up. Switches all work fine. My question what is the best way to correct this problem. MTH says they have some new screws which are a millimeter larger and may work.
Any other suggestion would be appreciated.

If you put a single strand of wire into the threaded hole along with the screw threads, it may hold. Or, you can try the larger screws.
If you have space underneath the switch, I believe the screws go thru and thru. In which case use longer screws of the same thread type and use a nut on the bottom as a proxy for the stripped threads. IIRC the screws are a common thread type readily available at any hardware store.

Replace the screws with new longer screws, washers and nuts. I add wiring underneath the turnout from below the layout.
Thanks for the post. I am getting brass machine screws, washers and nuts to make that repair. I think I will modify all of my switches.
