So I moved and it appears all of my Doctor Ben's Weathering Solutions have dried up! It doesn't appear that they spilled but the jars are now dried up and feel empty. So has anyone ever re hydrated this stuff with alcohol or something?

No, but I would try adding regular rubbing alcohol to the bottles.
warm the bottle with the alcohol and stir. Should dissolve. Rubbing alcohol doesnt work quite as well as denatured alcohol (ethanol) vs rubbing ( isopropanol).
Simply add rubbing alcohol to the empty jars ... an ounce or less at a time and stir/shake and try on a scrap item. Too dark? Add more Isopropyl Alcohol!
