The loco casting is chipped where the one axle goes into casting causing it to pop out. would jb weld be good option for the small repair. Other wise the casting is in real good shape other than that and some flaking paint
I've used JB for similar repairs. Just note that once you mix the two parts of the epoxy, it dries pretty quickly. And don't make your repair rough, thinking you can sand it down to shape. That stuff is harder than the steel you'll apply it to.
