Replacement can motor for modern whistle | O Gauge Railroading On Line Forum

I have a newer Lionel air whistle tender. I can't find a model number. I think the motor is bad. I disconnected the circuit board, and hooked up the motor to a 9V battery. She spins, but not fast. Definitely not fast enough to whistle. Impeller is free, and not loose on the shaft. Whistle body is good and sealed. Part no. On can motor is GFF-130SH-06800. What kind of rpms should this put out? Where's my best bet to get just a replacement motor?

If this is the tender, then here is the exploded view. The motor is listed.
