It is just a standard 153 194 automotive bulb. As such, you can go to your local auto parts store and get one of the LED warm white replacements they offer.
It is just a standard 194 automotive bulb easily sourced here.

I tend to agree with Rob. 194 it is (T-10 Wedge-Base).
When I search Google for 153 I get no hits relating to automotive or T-10 wedge-base.

I have replaced all my screw type and bayonet bulbs with LEDs. There is a marked difference in illumination and the side benefit is no heat. i get most of my bulbs from Amazon (can provide the link if you need it.) If I need a specialty bulb then I go to Evans Designs.
OK ,I just got back from Naphtha Auto & they didn't have it in led Dennis ,does this bulb come in led & if yes do you have a link for it? ?
You can get ten LED replacements for less than $3 shipped from Amazon.

Or just use the direct link to the bulb he needs I provided in a previous post.
Rob ,i saw your link to Amazon ,now i want to see if i can get it in warm white .
You may be able to get them in that color. They seem to have them in all the colors of the rainbow. if you want specialty colors check out Evans Designs. www.evansdesigns.com

Alopee 4-Pack T10 Ultra Bright Warm White COB Light Source LED Bulbs Replacement for 194
oops, meant www.evandesigns.com
One of many companies that make these bulbs. Not hard to find. Skip the auto shops and the hobby shops. Amazon the best way to go.
Won’t running in command toast these 12 volt led lights?
Mark I was thinking the same too. Not sure if they make a 18 volt one
John, your link for 10 bulbs are they the same as warm white ?
@Gerald Marafioti and all, I'm only human and wish to apologize for and explain the errors I made in my initial advice on this post. Among my hobbies also falls really antique vehicles. I immediately knew that the bulb sought after was an automotive bulb like so many of the bulbs in our train hobby. I went to my antique auto parts light bulb tables and looked up the T10 wedge bulb. Now the 194 and 193 bulbs are essentially the same with a different wattage rating. I'm sure I would have went with a lower wattage 194 but my eyes probably crossed and my brain registered 193. It didn't stop there. Typing into the keyboard, the 193 turned into a 153. My series of mistakes ultimately resulted in a fruitless trip to the auto parts store for which I am very sorry to have initiated. Like the rest of us, I strive to be a fantastic oracle and share my expertise and experience in humble good faith. But this does not preclude me or anyone from the occasional flub. It has been noted that the best way to get the correct answer online is not ask question, but to post an incorrect answer for everyone else to pick apart like piranhas. Thanks @ADCX Rob for quickly being the first to set me straight. Unfortunately it wasn't in time to beat the trip. Please accept my apology and explanation and understand that it was not my intent to have such a simple bulb number unfold as it has.
LED's do not respond the same way that incandescent bulbs do. You should be fine.
BMORAN4 , No apology needed ,the auto store was only 4 blocks from my house ,i appreciate any help i get on this forum ,besides the walk did me some good .
Denis ,I never gave it a thought about running in command mode with the 18 volts ,now i am not sure what i should do .
They're cheap, buy a few and see how the work out. My guess is you won't have any issues.
@Gerald Marafioti posted:John, your link for 10 bulbs are they the same as warm white ?
They say yellow, so I searched for Warm White and found the next link I posted. For three bucks, I'd try the "yellow" ones.

MIGHT get them before Christmas w/ free shipping... $20 shipping if you want them sooner.
Lots of other options on the eBay and the non-auction site for warm whites or yellows.
Gunrunner John ,I did order the $ 3.00 bunch ,i was thinking just as you were ,order the cheap one's & see what happens ,if they don't work out there is not much lost .
Denis ,i have ordered from evandesigns in the past ,if these bulbs don't work out then i will go to plan b ,which is evandesigns ,as i already have some of his bulbs .
Gerald, I originally took a shot in the dark when I ordered the LEDs from China, via Amazon. They all work(ed) great. And, yes, Evan Designs is excellent. Ordered some specialty LEDs from them.
