Replacing older MTH Diesel engine trucks with new center idle wheel trucks

Does MTH sell via their parts department, replacement Diesel engine trucks with the idle wheels on the center axle to replace the trucks with the idle wheel on the most inside axle? Is replacement a quick disassembly/reassembly or is it more complex? I'm trying to decide an upgrade path for a number of older MTH diesel engines. Anyone try this or have any insights to share?

The engines I'm looking to upgrade have not been re-released.

I used Weaver SD40-2 Powered trucks to power a SD45T-2 locomotive.

I took the MTH Dummy trucks and installed on the Weaver SD40-2 with no issues.
