Hi,

I have recently gotten 2 Tiu units and one handheld remote one is updated to the latest software (I believe its 4.6 ?) along with the remote

the other is not

However, I found out through a friend that the 2 TIU units
I have are to old to support that software and can only support up to 4.0 They are both older units, I can't find any letter designation on them, but they do have in big letters Proto Sound 2 on them, is there a way to put the updated one back to where it can andle the software and also reset the remote back to its original settings so i can at least get one set to work

All hardware versions of TIU and DCS remote can accept the latest firmware 6.10

You flash firmware using DCS consumer loader version 5.
