Williams WAL 49 MP 6464 single door boxcar. The box is marked "The Crown Edition Line"

This model is a very basic "O" single door boxcar that was made in China. The model has metal non-sprung trucks. The stamped metal underframe has some detail including a "brake cylinder". The overall length of the body is 10 inches which would be 40 scale feet. The lettering includes the Missouri Pacific Lines logo and Merchandise Service. The "road number" is 6464 150. This model is a close reproduction of the original Lionel boxcar with the same number.

Comments: The brake cylinder mounted on the underside does not appear to be correct for this car.

Note: This model will be upgraded with a new underframe, modified brake gear and steps.

Here is the Lionel 6464-150 version of this Missouri Pacific boxcar.

It was produced in 1954,1955 & 1957. The Lionel car was produced in many paint variations including the Williams reproduction version shown.
