I just purchased a RGS Trains Boxcar off the bay-It is a Lackawanna Burschel Milk Car. It is very nicely done but what I want to know, is who or what is RGS Trains. The box has RGS Trains all over it but no address or country where it was made

They are repaints of cars. I believe he is from Scranton, Pa. He has been doing this for years.
RGS is Robert Salerno. He does repaints, has been doing it for years and is quite good at it. He is at most train shows in the NJ-PA area.
I bought a USMC "6464" boxcar from him at York this April. In October he had some USMC cabooses to match the Lionel USMC Alco A&B units.

He had plenty of Red Sox 2013 World Series Champions semi-scale boxcars at York for you Bosox fans.
Years ago I bought a 6464 boxcar from him decorated for Harley-Davidson. The decoration job was beautiful - it looked like a factory job, except better. It was a tad pricey for the time, but worth every penny. I still have it.
Years ago didn't Lionel / Richard Kughn try to stop Bobby from selling repainted Lionel rolling stock.
He has used his own blue boxes for many years now, inserting the car in it with the plastic "blister" holder. Always is selling flattened Lionel boxes at his shows, but without the blister insert, they are of little use.
He did some custom painted Burro Cranes a few years ago. I thought they looked great!

Yes, I bought a New Haven burro crane when he was at the Amherst train show at the Big E in MA.
I bought a Lionel Docksider he painted in PRR livery from him years ago for $75. He is at many shows in the NE.
