Once you all finish with the Strasburg show, we'll see you in September at Cherry Valley!

 

The Cherry Valley Model RR Club is hosting its semi-annual swap meet and open house on Saturday, Sept. 7 from 9am-1pm. Located at Grace Church, 7 East Maple Ave, Merchantville, NJ 08109 (Cherry Hill area). The swap meet features O scale 2 rail items, scenery and detail parts. The club's large operating layout will be open at 10am. Patrons are welcome to bring a DCC equipped engine and consist to run. After a 2 year hiatus we will once again have the kitchen open for refreshments. Tables are: $25 for the first table (incl. one admission), $20 each add'l table. Admission: $5 per person, Spouse, children under 16 and active military free. Dear Forum members,

     Each paid show participant will receive a free foam O scale train cradle courtesy of the Cherry Valley club. 

     These cradles hold your loco/cars and parts firmly while doing repairs.

 

 Also note my thread on Buildings/Vehicles for sale by the Cherry Valley club.

Will there be balloons, John?

Here's an update for our upcoming Swap Meet, Sept. 7:

 

•The kitchen will be open with breakfast and lunch items.

•Free foam engine/car cradle for paid attendees.

•A number of excess inventory club buildings/structures available for sale.

•New switching area in operation on the club layout.

•Attendees are welcome to bring and run their DCC trains on the club layout
