All the switches have the leds on top of the switches light and the corded physical throws are lighted and work when you operate the physical throw by hand except one. This one switch will not operate but the green and red leds both light when you move the lever to open and close the switch. I checked the wiring to the SC-2 on this non-working switch is wired correctly with solid connections. I also opened up the physical throw and the wires are correct connected with solid connections. Without checking the wiring of the switch itself, I am pretty confident it is correctly wired. Any thoughts on what the problem might be and how to correct it?
