I see that Train Electric that brought out Scott's Odds and Ends is getting rid of existing inventory, so where else can you get colored LED's for Lionel type signals????
Town and Country Hobbies is also another great source. If you have a control panel and wish to retrofit the small indicator lights with LEDs, I would recommend Norman Lamps.
Yes http://www.autolumination.com/trainbulbs.htm is great. If you want to use the screw in LED's for block signals you will need to shave off about 1/3 of an inch so they don't stick out too far. They are bright and look awesome.
I get them here: TrainAidsA They are rated for 18 volts (some other places are only 12-14 volt rated), they come in a few different colors and are a little cheaper than most other places for just a few bulbs. Pricing is for two bulbs. I ordered from them several times over the last few years and have had good luck so far, no problems ordering or with their bulbs.
