Anybody know if this stuff sticks to plastic. I bought a 10# bag a few years ago and never opened it. Plan to use it to bring up the ground level around slot car track if it doesn't stick to the plastic.

Before the cure it sticks (if molding, use a release agent, mask, etc).... at least to wire figure armature, so I imagine many plastics too. I read up on it's use in figure sculpture, not terrain. (Cris Walace on the old Large Scale /Garden site before the Rus. hack) I haven't used it though.
I still look at figures for possible dobbie conversion 😁
I assume you are not planning on changing the slot car layout's track plan
2 suggestions: A- wood putty. B- Assemble slot car layout on thin masonite or plywood. Trace around track edges. Use jigsaw to cutout, and drop track in layout sized opening. Track flush with "ground". JohnA
Mask the track, then press, then remove and unmask...?
Fill gaps, etc ,withpaintable caulk. It's cheap and not a super bear to remove if it's old school cheap white stuff.
There are actually enough slot track sites/clubs there may be something ground shaking
