Gunnrunner, I decided to go with rectangular leds for the lighting change on the Sd70 Katy. They are a good fit for this application. Especially the ease of shrink tubing. I do get some light bleeding around the edge of the number board from the outside. But, believe that would occur with the grain of wheat bulbs as well? The only thought, I have is to use the shrink tubing and come over the edge of the led. To narrow the led light opening. Lol, just noticed I need a little more flux cleanup on the board.
