Thank you. The photo was edited with a program called HDR (High Dynamic Range) imaging. There are several HDR software programs available-even for free in some cases. The software I use is called Photomatix. The photo was taken on Feb. 4. Lee

Great shot, where was that taken?  It looks like it might be where Chester Ave cuts through Clark Park.

It's on Chester Ave, between S. 65th Street and S. Church Lane.

Ok, got it.  It's been a while.  Great photo.  By the way, I saw in another forum the Route 15 will go back in to service shortly, a matter of a few weeks from West Philly to the new loop.
