I just got mine yesterday, but will probably not be able to get it out and run it until next week.  I looked at the baggage car (as I never had one of the Blue Comet baggage cars that came out a few years ago, and there never was an original one).

The fit and finish is excellent-it looks more like glass than painted metal.

I hope to look at the engine later today.

I ran the engine yesterday.

It was interesting taking it out of the box.  It was wrapped in plastic, like usual, but inside the plastic was a soft cloth (might have been microfiber, I am not sure).

The finish was flawless.

I lubed it, then ran it around my small loop of track for about 10 minutes.  It is the PS-3 version so I had to reset the chuff rate to 4 per revolution.  It ran flawlessly, pulling 8 coal train hoppers and a caboose.

I have not checked out any of the other four passenger cars yet.

I intend to give it a good workout at Cal Stewart in November.
