Hello,
I purchased two Lionel 6-24594 PRR Breakdown Units that needed repairs so I converted one to Union Pacific and the other to Santa Fe but I would like to get the PRR B-Unit shells painted in UP & SF colors. Does anyone know somebody who does painting?  I would like to use these shells because they have a screened side at the top to let the smoke from the smoke unit come out to look like the unit blew up. Please let me know. Thanks for your help. Gary

Jim, what search term did you use?  I ask because I try to use advanced search and fail about 50% of the time in finding something I know is in the archive.

Don’t rely strictly on OGR’s search function if you aren’t getting the returns you want. Use Google instead.

I found Christine’s email address again swiftly by using this string of keywords: christine braden ogr forum email

It was in the second topic thread listed (from 2013) under the OGR results. Here’s that post:

Christine had moved and she is busy.

They are also saying it takes her awhile to get back with anyone because she's busy with her full-time job. Do you happen to have her email address so I could contact her?

She has moved but from what I can tell that's done. Christine has been more than prompt in responding to emails. I would give her an A+ for updates w/ in-progress pics. For almost every project she has done for me, complete time is usually ~ 1 month or less. IMHO, that is pretty prompt for custom paint work.
