Show me your mountains and mountain tops please

I have one mountain about 30" high. A coal mine , park and a small town give it some action. It has 3 levels the top one  with a trolley line and 2 mail lines below.

Nice rock work. Where did you get the Airstream trailer?

Here is mine.  Made out of foam.  Decided to plateau the top and make a camp sight.

Hi Dobbermann  here are a couple of shots of my amatureish attempts at mountains although they look more like big hills but for tunnels they do Okay

Here is my Mt. Randolph.  It begins on base of table and extends to about 10 inches from ceiling.  Base is 2 X 4s, 1X2 s, mechanics wire.  Rest is made of chicken wire, balled up newspaper, and plaster cloth.

The Air-stream camper is a Lionel camping scene, the camper is lighted and the fire glows.

I really like this tunnel entrance. Not sure I have ever seen one quite like it before. Reminds me of the entrance to a cave or maybe even a dwelling where people may have lived many years ago. Your others were similar which I liked as well, but this one kind of jumped out at me. Thanks for posting, definitely something I am going to keep in mind, just in case I ever get to that point with my layout.

I meant to say in my original entry that these are made of paper over cardboard lattice. with some expandable foam for the tops of the tunnel portals

I did two mountains on my layout, one on each side. I am showing pictures of the whole process. I used foam insulation, cut up cardboard strips, plaster cloth, then a final layer of structolite with rock molds added to the vertical faces.
