I got this bridge used just like it shows no Piers, box or instructions
does anyone know if the piers are available separately. Also what does the 2 pin connector plug in to ? Or can I just connect it to the accessory terminal of my controller ?

There was a circuit board in one of the piers that the harness plugged into. It controlled the blinking light. See the attached manual. Not sure if you can buy the piers separately.
Same thing for me - bought this bridge without piers and could not find replacements. Built my own and swapped the light out for Evan Designs Universal flashing LED. These hook up to either AC track or accessory power.

(If memory serves me, I think I tried to hook up the original light to accessory power (14V AC) and it blew quickly and did not flash.)

Correct, because the original is a 6V bulb an used a flasher circuit that controlled the voltage.

Yes, the Evans design one is a good fit.
