this guy isn't far behind
Really cool train guy, Jim. This video, at least about the passenger car he built in his basement, was aired on this Forum sometime last year.
The entertaining video aside, Mr. Shron should serve as an example of commitment to quality and customer satisfaction for other model railroad manufacturers. Rapido's products are truly superb.

The Rapido guy: Truly a SUPERB craftsman of the highest order!
WAY beyond my skills and/or indulgence in this hobby!
They have to be single.lol I don't think my wife would go for that bathroom.
This gives the term rivet counter a new meaning!

so you have a GP-9 cab in the bathroom... all the gears and gadgets... but no mention on how to flush the toilet....
I am going to try and convince my wife that we should install diamond plate under the toilet. That would end a whole lot of her complaining.....
This is just fantastic!! Thanks for the posting....

1st guy is cool. I like the idea of a partial coach in the basement. The 2nd guy is just nuts. What a waste to put it in the bathroom. In another room attached to some simulator software would of been better.
Your not in the bathroom that long.It should be in the family room.
Nope...never did. Just like trains.
Very nice. I also remember the train car on the forum sometime ago.
